Job summary

Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort is seeking a dedicated housekeeping team member to support the hotel’s luxury guest experience. You will clean and maintain guest rooms following SOPs, uphold stringent health and safety standards, and manage linen, inventory, and lost-and-found records.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms in accordance with hotel SOPs and quality standards.
• Follow all health, safety, and chemical handling procedures.
• Maintain linen, uniform, and inventory records, ensuring par stock levels are met.
• Process lost & found items and maintain accurate records.
• Minimize wastage of linen, amenities, and other housekeeping supplies.
• Ensure hotel security by reporting incidents or suspicious activities promptly.
• Fulfil VIP requirements and guest special requests in a timely manner.
• Clean and maintain housekeeping equipment.
• Report room damages, losses, and maintenance issues immediately.
• Remove room service trays and update room status accurately.
• Report sleep-outs, prolonged "Do Not Disturb" rooms, and any unusual situations to Housekeeping Management.
