Job summary

Yosh in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to clean and prepare guest rooms, suites, bathrooms and public areas to brand standards. The role involves replenishing amenities, following schedules, and reporting issues to the supervisor.

Candidates should be able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required. Experience in hospitality cleaning is preferred, with good English and Filipino communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or similar roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of guest room cleaning, hygiene standards and linen handling.
• Ability to communicate in English and Filipino to support guest and colleague communication.
• Strong attention to detail with commitment to presentation and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Clean, service, and prepare guest rooms, suites, bathrooms, corridors, public areas and staff areas to company standards.
• Make beds, change linen, replace towels, dust, vacuum and mop floors, and complete other housekeeping duties.
• Replenish guest amenities, toiletries, minibar items, stationery, towels and cleaning materials.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness, order, presentation, hygiene, and readiness for occupancy.
• Follow cleaning schedules and instructions from Housekeeping Supervisor/Direct Manager.
• Handle guest belongings with care and report losses per procedures.
• Report maintenance defects, safety hazards, and guest concerns promptly.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and store supplies properly.
• Maintain trolleys, cupboards, storage rooms and work areas in good order.
