Job summary

Premier Inn Hotels LLC in Dubai is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to ensure guest rooms and public areas are spotless, safe and welcoming from the moment guests arrive.

You will clean and maintain corridors, floors and back-of-house spaces, report safety hazards, maintenance needs and lost items, and uphold brand standards with attention to detail and a commitment to excellent service.

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation required.
• Strong attention to detail and cleaning standards.
• Excellent English communication (verbal and written).
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Capable of working independently and in a team.
• Hygiene and safety knowledge essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality guest room cleaning and ensure guests can relax and enjoy their stay.
• Clean corridors and public areas around assigned guest rooms.
• Follow Lost and Found policy for items left in the area.
• Report safety hazards and violations.
• Report maintenance or repair issues.
• Report any lost items from guest rooms.
• Ensure linens are in good condition and placed per brand standards.
• Maintain trolley and pantry areas, keeping them clean and tidy at all times.
