The ideal candidate has 1+ years in hotel housekeeping, strong English language skills, and the ability to work under pressure both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience: Ideally 1+ years in hotel housekeeping.
• Customer service orientation.

• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Hygiene and safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the best quality guest rooms cleaning services and make sure every guest feels relaxed and cared for.
• Clean corridors and public areas around the guestrooms.
• Follow Lost and Found policy for items left in the area.
• Report safety hazards and violations.
• Report maintenance or repair issues.
• Report lost items from guest rooms.
• Ensure linen is in good condition and placed per brand standards.
• Maintain a tidy trolley and pantry area at all times.
