You will support back-of-house to keep offices and spaces safe and tidy, delivering the brand's standards with attention to detail and genuine care.

The role requires excellent English communication, ability to work under pressure, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality guest room cleaning services and ensure guests can relax.
• Clean corridors and public areas around assigned guestrooms.
• Follow Lost and Found policy for any items left in the area.
• Report safety hazards and violations.
• Report maintenance or repair issues.
• Report lost items from guest rooms.
• Ensure linen is in good condition and trolley/pantry areas are tidy.
