Swiss Connect Solutions in Dubai seeks a professional Room Attendant to join the hotel housekeeping team of a 4-star property. You will maintain clean guest rooms, make beds, replenish amenities, and ensure standards are met while delivering friendly service.

Salary includes AED 1,000 monthly with meal allowance and provided accommodation, transport, and service charge. The role requires attention to detail, physical fitness, and flexibility for shifts, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Room Attendant in a hotel is preferred.
• Experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of hotel housekeeping standards.
• Good attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional attitude and good teamwork skills.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Make beds and replace bed linen and towels.
• Clean bathrooms and replenish guest amenities.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and maintain all areas of the guest room.
• Check rooms for cleanliness, damage, or missing items.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Report maintenance issues or lost and found items to the supervisor.
• Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are properly used and maintained.
• Follow hotel hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Support the Housekeeping team when required.
