Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional food and beverage service experience.
• Solid knowledge of menu items, preparation methods, ingredients, portion sizes and pricing.
• Current Food Hygiene or HACCP certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve and clear food and beverage items in a professional manner.
• Exceed guest satisfaction by knowing preferences and updating profiles.
• Present menus proactively and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain meticulous grooming standards at all times.
• Follow opening/closing checklists and support HACCP/FIFO standards.
