Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay, part of the IHG family, is seeking a Guest Experience Supervisor. You'll work under the Rooms Manager, oversee daily Front Office operations, and ensure guests receive exceptional service and a welcoming lobby experience.

The role requires previous supervisory experience, a passion for guest satisfaction, and excellent English communication (additional languages a plus).
