Job summary

The Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay, part of the IHG Hotels & Resorts family, is seeking an experienced Guest Experience Supervisor to join the team. Located in Dubai Business Bay, this role focuses on delivering outstanding guest service and coordinating front desk operations.

You will lead the Guest Experience Specialists, engage guests in the lobby, and ensure adherence to brand standards while collaborating with departments to enhance memorable stays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar guest-facing supervisory role.
• Experience supervising Guest Experience Specialists.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages preferred.
• Strong ability to build relationships with guests and team.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and members of the community.
• Handle daily Front Office operations and ensure Guest Experience Specialists duties are hassle free so they can provide great service.
• Supervise guest preferences and ensure guests receive entitlements per Brand Standards.
• Establish a closed network of communication to inform departments on matters affecting guest service and hotel operations.
