Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group seeks a dedicated Instant Service Centre Supervisor for Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites in Dubai Business Bay. You will lead the Instant Service team, ensuring prompt, courteous guest service and efficient handling of requests, with emphasis on privacy and high standards.

The role requires strong leadership, English fluency, and experience with Opera and MessageBox systems, including training and performance coaching to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
• Experience using Opera and MessageBox systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Instant Service team to deliver prompt, courteous guest service.
• Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and escalate when needed.
• Log guest complaints and ensure follow-up in guest profiles.
• Manage in-room dining orders and ensure timely follow-up.
