Job summary

Al Safadi Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage service team member to ensure top-quality guest experiences in our Dubai outlets. You will greet and seat customers, learn the menu, and guide guests with personalized recommendations.

You will monitor service quality, maintain hygiene standards, and participate in briefings. Focus on customer satisfaction, upselling, and adherence to SOPs and EH&S policies to protect guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform all necessary tasks to service Food & Beverage according to the standard of performance manual of the company
• Greet & seat customers and serve them in a professional, discreet & personalized way
• Acquire in depth knowledge of the Food & Beverage menu or any other aspect related to Al Safadi Restaurants business/concept in order to assist and provide advice to customers.
• Consistently monitor quality of Food & Beverage being served
• Practice good customer relations and attend to customer complaints / queries satisfactorily
• Responsible for maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet & upkeep of all service equipment
• Responsible for all service preparations before, during & after the service (mis-en-place & mis-en-scene)
• Ensure minimum wastage, breakage and spoilage
• Attend and participate in daily briefings, debriefings and other meetings as scheduled
• Actively use up selling techniques to exceed customer expectations and increase revenue
• Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect customers' and employees' health and safety, as well as protect and conserve the environment
• Comply with the company environmental, health and safety policies and procedures
• Provide a climate that is consistent with the mission and the vision statements
• Adhere to all Standard Operating Policies and Procedures (SOPs)
• Provide the superior with information on all issues of concern to the business
• Accepts other responsibilities from time to time which may be directly or indirectly related to the business of the company.
