Job summary

W Hotels in Dubai Palm Jumeirah is seeking a non-management Food & Beverage professional to lead daily service, ensure team cohesion, and uphold guest satisfaction. You will oversee grooming, supply preparation, opening and closing duties, and coordinate with management on staffing, training, and performance coaching.

The role requires at least 2 years related work experience and a minimum of 1 year supervisory experience; a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff work together as a team to deliver optimum service.
• Inspect grooming and attire and rectify deficiencies.
• Complete opening/closing duties and inventory management.
