Responsibilities

• Inspect grooming and attire; rectify deficiencies.
• Perform opening/closing duties, stock supplies, and maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Monitor dining areas for seating, service, safety, and guest wellbeing.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, coaching, and disciplining employees; act as role model for fair treatment.
• Follow company safety policies, report accidents, and protect assets.
• Maintain professional communication, build positive relationships, and uphold quality standards.
