Job summary

Client of CS & Clarks is seeking a Greetings and Hostesses Manager in Dubai to lead a team of hostesses, ensuring a warm, professional atmosphere for guests and smooth VIP guest handling at events.

You will train staff, coordinate staffing, conduct performance evaluations, and collaborate with event managers to align hostess services with event objectives while upholding brand standards for uniforms and presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or event coordination preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm in fast-paced events.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and supervise a team of hostesses to meet service standards.
• Develop and implement training programs for guest interaction and etiquette.
• Schedule hostess staffing for events to ensure coverage.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to improve service.
• Collaborate with event managers to align hostess services with objectives.
• Maintain uniforms and grooming to reflect brand standards.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues related to hostess services.
• Develop relationships with vendors for uniforms and supplies.
