Tattu Dubai is seeking a guest-centric Reception Host to welcome guests and support the Reception Manager in delivering exceptional service. You will provide a warm, professional welcome, ensure a seamless arrival experience, and collaborate with the Reservations team to execute bookings smoothly while continually seeking ways to enhance every guest’s journey.

• Provide a warm, professional and engaging welcome to all guests.
• Ensure that each guest’s arrival is seamless and efficient.
• Work collaboratively with the Reception and Reservations teams to ensure bookings are executed smoothly.
• Demonstrate keen attention to detail, identifying small ways to enhance the guest experience.
• Anticipate guest needs, adapting service to create a personalized experience.
• Be proactive in learning and developing skills to progress within the team.
