Job summary

JLL in United Arab Emirates is seeking a proactive facilities and guest services professional to manage meeting rooms, hospitality, reception and pantry operations on site. The role covers rosters, client experiences, AV troubleshooting and coordinating with FM teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

You will greet staff and visitors, maintain high service standards, handle event setups, catering and security passes, and provide admin support as needed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Meeting Room and Client Suite Management
• Professional, well-groomed staff to greet and guide colleagues and clients
• Ensure meeting rooms are clean, pre-checks including AV/VC
• Set up and reset of meeting/training/conference rooms
• Resolve simple AV/VC and equipment issues
• Manage meeting room bookings and communications with end users
• Coordinate catering, AV, room equipment with vendors as needed
• Keep meeting room details up to date and handle inquiries
• Manage meeting room inventory and consumables replenishment
• Prepare daily visitor arrival lists from external attendees
• Provide utilisation reporting and optimize booking behavior
• Conduct regular visual checks on meeting room usage
• Event setup and dismantling coordination, risk assessments, vendor liaison
• Provide food and beverage service for meetings/events and coordinate with vendors
• Supervise events and assist with ad hoc requirements and communications
• Provide orientation and briefings for visitors; promote events and conferences
• Pantry and utility management including replenishment of consumables and stock
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in pantry/social hubs
• Ensure security passes and visitor management per protocol
• Assist with desk management and switchboard services
• Ensure compliance with H&S and contractual KPIs
• Provide admin and financial support as required
• Deliver excellent client service and support
