Job summary

JLL in Dubai is seeking a Guest Relation Host (GRH) to deliver exceptional hospitality and client/employee experiences. You will greet visitors, manage reception and meeting rooms, coordinate events, catering, and AV support while upholding brand standards and professional conduct across the workplace.

The role emphasizes proactive guest engagement, smooth operations, and collaboration with FM/security teams to ensure a consistently high level of service in a fast-paced environment at a premium

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Minimum 3 years hospitality/reception experience preferred.
• Strong communication and grooming standards.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet staff, clients and visitors with a 5-star service mindset.
• Manage meeting rooms, visitor lists, catering, AV support and room setup.
• Coordinate events and client suites, ensure cleanliness and readiness of spaces.
