Job summary

Delano Dubai, part of Ennismore, invites experienced hospitality leaders to elevate guest experiences on a luxury, multi-department front. You will guide the Guest Experience team, tailor personalized itineraries, and coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B to ensure seamless, memorable stays for VIPs and repeat guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in hospitality or guest services with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business or related field preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and enhance guest feedback to drive personalized, memorable experiences.
• Lead and train the Guest Experience team to deliver top-tier service.
• Serve as the main contact for VIP and repeat guests from check-in to check-out.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B and Concierge to ensure seamless service.
• Develop loyalty programs and personalized guest experiences to encourage repeat visits.
