Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island seeks a Front Desk Receptionist to welcome guests, manage registrations, and ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience.

The role requires hospitality excellence, clear communication, and the ability to handle payments and inquiries with professionalism. You will collaborate with Guest Services and Front Office teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a luxury brand frontline role.
• Outgoing personality and can-do attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Arabic language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and registers hotel guests, explains accommodations and payment methods.
• Checks guests out and prepares/ explains the bill.
• Handles guest requests with hospitality, providing personal recommendations.
• Assists with check-in/out using the hotel’s computer systems.
• Maintains balanced cash handling and banking procedures.
• Responds to guest inquiries and coordinates with other departments to meet needs.
