InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa is seeking a friendly Bell Service Agent to greet guests, assist with luggage, and provide information about facilities. You will escort guests to their rooms and help ensure a smooth arrival experience.

This role requires strong communication, a professional appearance, and the stamina to carry luggage and work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Customer service experience in hotel or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Physical stamina to lift and carry luggage.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Assist guests with their luggage.
• Provide information about the hotel’s facilities and services.
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs.
• Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and phone calls.
