Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Guest Relations Executive to warmly welcome guests, assist with seating and provide a high level of service to ensure guest satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant area, experience in F&B, cash handling, and knowledge of food hygiene regulations.

Qualifications

• Degree in relevant area.
• Experience in Food and Beverage department and/or industry.
• Previous experience of cash handling.
• Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest queries in a friendly, timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure knowledge of menu and all products.
• Follow correct reporting procedures if faced with issues.
• Practice Hilton grooming standards including uniform dress code, cleanliness and personal hygiene.
• Assist callers courteously and promptly taking messages as necessary.
