Atlantis, The Palm in Dubai invites an experienced professional to join as Assistant Manager, Call Center. You will support the Manager in daily operations, ensure world-class guest service, and drive a culture of service excellence across a luxury five-star property.

We are seeking a strong communicator with leadership flair, capable of auditing, planning, analyzing, training, and reporting to continuously enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and passion for training with knowledge of call centre operations.
• Minimum 2 years in a similar luxury five-star property role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Call Center Manager in daily operations.
• Audit, plan, analyze, train, and report to improve guest experience.
• Evaluate service delivery and provide actionable feedback.
• Ensure highest levels of guest service per resort standards.
