Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and handle luggage of varying weights.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants and transportation options.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and provide excellent service.
• Assist guests with luggage and escort to rooms.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Arrange transportation such as taxis or shuttles.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with valet parking when needed.
• Respond to guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with hotel staff for a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain professional grooming and discretion at all times.
• Liaise with departments for guest-related matters.
• Supervise security of guests' property during transfers/storage.
• Inform Front Desk if guest acts suspiciously or has little luggage.
• Report unusual situations or safety hazards to supervisor.
