• Answer, record, and process all guest requests via telephone, email, chat, and mobile devices.
• Operate telephone switchboard, process wake-up calls, and direct calls to extensions.
• Receive, relay messages, log guest requests, and coordinate with departments to resolve issues.
• Provide information about room features, property amenities, and local areas of interest.
• Assist guests with accessing internet and guestroom entertainment; ensure privacy and company standards.
