Job summary

Bulgari Hotels in Dubai on Jumeirah Bay Island is seeking a Non-Management, full-time Food & Beverage professional to serve courses and beverages, set tables, and answer questions while coordinating with the kitchen.

You will maintain service standards, record orders in MICROS, ensure guest satisfaction, assist with closing duties, and uphold safety and appearance guidelines. A minimum of 1 year experience and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience preferred.
• No supervisory experience required; no license or certification needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests per service standards.
• Set tables according to event type and maintain readiness throughout shift.
• Answer questions on menu selections and coordinate with kitchen about orders and availability.
• Record transactions in MICROS at time of order and ensure accurate billing.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle special requests or dietary needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, and complete closing duties.
