Job summary

EKPRO Sports Ang Recreational Club LLC in Dubai invites applications for a front desk guest services role. You will welcome guests, handle bookings and inquiries, present memberships and services, and coordinate reservations at the reception.

Responsibilities include pre-race safety briefings, maintaining presentation standards, and collaborating with operations to ensure seamless guest experiences while delivering hospitality at every touchpoint in a fast-growing venue.

Qualifications

• Fluent or conversational English is required.
• Fluent or conversational Russian is required.
• Experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
