Job summary

Cortex is seeking a GTM Operations professional to optimize the GTM technology stack and streamline workflows across marketing, CRM, analytics, and reporting systems. The role partners with marketing, sales, and customer success to enhance lead and pipeline management while monitoring GTM metrics for actionable insights.

You will own GTM data hygiene, segmentation, and reporting, coordinating campaigns and forecasting with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

BS degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or 5+ years in B2B SaaS.
Experience with GTM systems such as sales engagement, data enrichment, and lead/account routing.
Proficiency with web analytics tools like Google Analytics and reporting/BI tools.
Strong organizational agility and ability to drive projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Manage the GTM technology stack and implement tools to optimize operations across marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and reporting systems.

Requirements
