Job summary

Kraken is building an AI-native growth engine. You will be the second builder on this engine, working with the lead architect to ship agent orchestrations, automated workflows, and system integrations powering growth across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels.

We seek someone who moves fast from spec to production, with a strong focus on quality and scalable design, delivering impact across growth domains in a fintech context.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building automation workflows, integrations, or agentic systems using AI orchestration platforms or equivalent technologies.
• Strong understanding of API integrations, REST, webhooks, and error handling at scale.
• Experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, structured outputs, tool use, and agent chaining.
• Comfort working from a spec and building workflows without the architect in the room.
• Growth or marketing context; understanding objectives beyond the build.

Responsibilities

• Build agent orchestration workflows across growth use cases, automating decisions and actions across paid media, content, and lifecycle channels.
• Create integrations between AI reasoning layers, growth platforms, data infrastructure, experimentation systems, and analytics tools.
• Develop reusable infrastructure components, prompt libraries, and integration clients used by multiple growth workstreams.
• Ensure monitoring and audit logging for traceability, versioning, and governance.
