Job summary

Hlthera is seeking a Growth & Partnerships Executive in a remote-friendly role to identify and develop new growth and partnership opportunities. You will build relationships with organisations and key decision-makers, and turn first conversations into meaningful collaborations that move healthcare forward.

You'll work closely with our leadership team at an important stage of our journey, shaping how Hlthera grows and expands its presence in healthcare, with the flexibility to work from anywhere

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded with an ownership mindset.
• Curious, proactive and able to build what comes next.
• Experience in business development, growth partnerships, healthcare or tech is valuable.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

You communicate exceptionally well build relationships naturally and know how to turn an introduction into an opportunity.

Youre curious commercially minded and comfortable taking ownership. You enjoy building what comes next rather than simply maintaining what already exists.

Experience in business development growth partnerships healthcare or technology is valuable. Fluency in English is essential and Arabic is a strong advantage.
