Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Strategy or related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, business consulting, or related fields.
• Strong experience in strategy development, process optimization and project execution.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of short- and long-term business strategies.
• Analyze market trends, performance and data to identify opportunities and provide recommendations.
• Drive process improvement and operational efficiency across the business.
• Develop KPIs, frameworks and performance reports for senior leadership.
• Coordinate strategic projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget and timelines.
• Support product development and business initiatives from planning through execution.
• Work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Support change management and organizational improvement initiatives.
