Job summary

HIGHER!, a new branch of Crypto Banter, is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own Meta Ads strategy and end-to-end campaigns. You’ll be responsible for warming cold traffic, building high-converting funnels, landing pages, and email sequences that move leads to sign‑up.

You’ll also manage creative hooks, performance copy, and ROI, while identifying new audiences and refining funnel logic based on data. This role requires UK‑market style direct communication and strong analytical instincts.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and scaling paid spend for info-products or digital challenges.
• Ability to design end-to-end funnels and landing pages for conversions.
• Strong content and performance storytelling to influence creative and copy decisions.
• Experience with audience segmentation and warming strategies for higher ROAS.
• Familiarity with Typeform, landing pages, and CRM integrations to support funnels.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-funnel architecture from paid acquisition to conversion.
• Lead creative quality control and collaborate with designers for high-performing ads.
• Drive performance and ROI by monitoring daily metrics and adjusting budgets.
• Set and optimize audience strategy, including new segments and warming tactics.
• Execute lifecycle journeys from Meta lead to challenge participant.
