• Hands-on with CRM, marketing automation, or analytics tools.
• Excellent written English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strategic mindset with focus on measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across social media and email.
• Create briefs for designers, videographers, editors, and internal stakeholders to ensure content quality.
• Manage posting schedules and track performance for engagement growth.
• Support lead generation including WhatsApp flows and landing pages.
• Map customer journeys to improve engagement, conversion, retention.
• Assist events planning and execution with creative ideas.
