WiFi Tribe is a global community of 700 entrepreneurs and remote professionals who travel together, living in a new city each month. We are seeking a growth marketing leader to drive inbound marketing, content, and partnerships that attract high-quality applicants and scale our community.

Join a hands-on team that collaborates with the founder to shape growth strategy, build engaging landing pages, and optimize the applicant journey across channels, including SEO, email, and content marketing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a growth marketing role.
• 2+ years in an inbound marketing role.
• Solid marketing analytics knowledge.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on execution approach.
• Data-driven decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute inbound marketing strategies to increase high-quality applications.

• Create high-converting landing pages.
• Establish and manage growth partnerships with influencers and aligned organizations.
• Define and execute SEO and blog content strategies.
• Manage a team of writers and create content briefs.
• Optimize website performance for newsletter sign-ups.
• Nurture external audiences through email sequences and newsletters.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Community Marketing teams to optimize the applicant journey.
• Hire and manage external experts and freelancers.
