Job summary

Sia is a specialist Management Consulting firm expanding its Middle East team in Abu Dhabi. As a Consultant, you will support delivery of innovation projects, perform technology scouting, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure outcomes are met.

You will engage in topics like innovation strategy, design thinking, and project management, with a focus on Abu Dhabi market and open innovation practices.

Qualifications

• Strong academic background in Engineering or Business from a top-tier university.
• 3-5 years' experience in technology, research or innovation environments.
• Experience in planning, managing and delivering innovation and technical-based projects.
• Formal project delivery tracking using Gantt charts or similar.
• Leading and completing complex technical innovation projects.
• Understanding technical discussions and documentation.
• Knowledge of open Innovation Methodology, IP and Technology Scouting.
• Certification in Innovation or Future Foresight from GIMI preferred.
• Business proficiency in Arabic and English is a must.
• Abu Dhabi residence is required.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage delivery of assigned innovation projects.
• Document full needs description and solution requirements.
• Active technology scouting and solution identification and validation.
• Project due diligence research and documentation.
• Communicate and facilitate collaboration across multiple stakeholders.
• Carry out other appropriate delegated duties as required.
• Involved in a range of topics such as innovation strategy and project management.
