Job summary

Sia seeks a Consultant to support and manage delivery of innovation projects as part of the Middle East team in Abu Dhabi. Tasks include documenting needs, technology scouting, stakeholder collaboration, and due diligence to ensure on-time delivery.

The role spans innovation strategy, design thinking, and project management, with growth opportunities across diverse client engagements. Requires 3–5 years in tech/innovation and fluency in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• Strong academic background in Engineering and/or Business from a top-tier university.
• 3-5 years experience in technology, research, innovation environments.
• Experience planning, managing, and delivering innovation and technical projects.
• Formal project delivery tracking using Gantt charts or similar.
• Demonstrable experience leading and completing complex technical innovation projects.
• Experience understanding technical discussions and documentation.
• Knowledge of open Innovation Methodology, IP and Technology Scouting.
• Certification in Innovation or Future Foresight from GIMI is highly preferable.
• Business proficiency in Arabic and English is a must.
• Abu Dhabi residence a must.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage delivery of assigned innovation projects.
• Document full needs description and solution requirements.
• Active technology scouting and solution identification and validation.
• Project due diligence research and documentation.
• Coordinate collaboration across multiple stakeholders.
• Carry out other delegated duties as required.
• Cover topics such as innovation strategy and capabilities building.
• Manage project delivery with internal stakeholders and third parties.
