Job summary

You will work across onboarding, feature prototyping, offers and monetization, design flows for web and mobile, build pages in Webflow, and create content for our website, YouTube and Instagram. You will use AI with judgment and collaborate with our MD and developers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on product designer able to spot opportunities for growth and turn them into useful product improvements, clear user journeys and compelling content.
• You will work across design, web and video to support growth and monetization using practical, real-world UX thinking.
• Figma and Webflow are part of our workflow; strong ability to create Vinci-like visuals and copy for interfaces is valued.

Responsibilities

• Understand users and identify growth opportunities.
• Build growth into the product, improving onboarding, activation, repeat use, referrals and discovery.
• Shape features, offers and monetization, designing clear journeys for plans, payments, upgrades, and billing.
• Design and build: user flows, concepts, prototypes, and polished visuals for web and mobile; update pages in Webflow; prepare developer handoffs.
