Equiti Group is seeking a Paid Search Lead – App Campaigns to drive global user acquisition. You will plan, activate and optimize mobile app campaigns across Google UAC and Apple Search Ads, collaborating with a cutting‑edge in‑house team to deliver growth in multiple geographies.

You will own tracking, experimentation and reporting, leveraging AI‑driven bidding models and multi‑channel strategies to improve CPI, CPA and ROAS while coordinating with product and analytics teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on experience managing paid app user acquisition campaigns.
• Proven ability to optimize Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, and cross‑channel paid search.
• Experience with attribution platforms and data-driven optimization.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize global app user acquisition campaigns across UAC and Apple Search Ads.
• Collaborate with programmatic, social and analytics teams to drive growth across geographies.
• Monitor budgets, bids, and KPIs (CPI, CPA, ROAS) and implement AI-driven optimizations.
• Own tracking and reporting, ensuring accurate attribution and insights for stakeholders.
