Qualifications

• Fluency in English required; additional languages a plus.
• 6+ years in digital marketing (social media, content or brand).
• Proven ability to grow social media accounts and run campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of crypto market and Binance product suite.
• Experience with external agencies or creators is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools; able to produce visuals and short-form videos.
• Comfortable with analytics and reporting; multitasking in fast-paced env.

Responsibilities

• Support management of global social channels: create, schedule, publish content per strategy.
• Lead growth of video channels through daily page management, engagement and trends.
• Understand TikTok/Instagram algorithms and best practices to drive reach and growth.
• Support growth of leadership profiles via channel strategy and content development.
• Identify opportunities from emerging trends and translate into engaging ideas.
• Develop creative, culturally relevant ideas for brand impact.
• Coordinate with agencies and partners to meet timelines, quality, and objectives.
• Assist with integrated campaigns, product launches, and community activation.
• Provide social media optimization ideas for marketing initiatives, events, and launches.
• Coordinate content schedules with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Stay updated on AI tools and new workflows to boost quality and efficiency.
• Monitor sentiment, escalate risks, and support crisis communications.
• Track and report performance weekly/monthly using analytics tools.
• Contribute to team processes and playbooks to improve workflows.
