Job summary

noon is building an ecosystem of digital products and services across the Middle East. We are looking for an Asst. Category Manager in Dubai who can own the category P&L, set the strategy, and drive sustainable growth through assortment, pricing, and partnerships.

You will lead with analytical rigor, collaborate with product, marketing, ops, and seller teams, and develop a high-performing team to exceed goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of successful sales or business development experience with P&L management.
• Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or offline retail is preferred.
• Strong data analysis skills; proficient with SQL and Python.

Responsibilities

• Support development of the category roadmap and vision; drive growth levers for revenue and category targets.
• Expand assortment, manage inventory planning, drive price leadership, and partnerships.
• Ensure best-in-class customer experience through category merchandising and PDP quality.
• Build relationships with sellers/brands to identify gaps and drive adoption of noon tools/platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve platform and experience.
