You’ll experiment quickly across paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, and partnerships, with AI at the core to improve research, copy, targeting, and automation. Direct collaboration with the founder enables rapid iteration and ownership from day one.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Ambition to master growth across multiple channels or specialize in one area.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• A proactive, self-directed approach and ownership of outcomes.
• Experience with paid ads, SEO, outbound and partnerships is a plus.
• Background in B2B SaaS or hospitality tech helps in shaping efficient funnels.

Responsibilities

• Own growth channel strategy, launch campaigns, and measure outcomes.
• Generate qualified leads and demo bookings via paid ads, SEO, outbound, and partnerships.
• Understand customer needs and how operators choose software.
• Run rapid experiments, iterate on hooks and funnels, and scale what's working.
• Apply AI to research, copy, targeting, content, and automation.
• Build conversion-focused funnels and landing pages for demos.
• Collaborate with the founder on positioning and messaging; articulate value propositions.
