Job summary

Kraken seeks a seasoned architect to build an AI-native finance operating system. You will design and deploy agentic workflows that automate close, reconciliations, and reporting while maintaining audit controls.

This role partners with Kraken's global finance teams to translate complex requirements into scalable, compliant automation across regulated environments. Based in Dubai, UAE, with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven track record deploying agentic AI systems in production.
• Deep understanding of LLM orchestration and multi-agent workflows.
• Strong systems architecture capability from discovery to deployment to optimization.
• Experience deploying automation in SOX-regulated environments with audit integrity.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build the AI-native finance operating system.
• Deploy production-grade agentic workflows automating close, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Define governance, data flows, and audit-ready design documentation.
• Collaborate with accounting, FP&A, treasury, and finance operations to translate requirements into automation roadmaps.
