Job summary

Bridge Education is seeking an experienced Group IT Manager to lead technology strategy and operations across its expanding UAE K-12 school network. You will report to the CEO and ensure secure, scalable and innovative IT, cybersecurity, and educational platforms across multiple campuses.

You will build and execute the group-wide IT roadmap, manage cloud services, vendor relationships and budgets while driving digital transformation in admissions, HR, finance, CRM and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• 8-10+ years of progressive IT experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, cybersecurity, networking and enterprise systems.
• Experience managing multi-site IT operations and technical teams.
• Proven track record in technology project delivery, vendor management and budget oversight.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the Group-wide IT strategy and technology roadmap.
• Oversee infrastructure, cloud services, networks, cybersecurity and business continuity.
• Lead educational technology initiatives supporting teaching, learning and student outcomes.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Azure, identity management, enterprise applications and integrations.
• Drive digital transformation across admissions, HR, finance, CRM, attendance and school operations.
• Lead and develop school-based IT teams across multiple campuses.
• Manage IT budgets, procurement, vendor relationships and technology projects.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, safeguarding and data protection requirements.
• Support new school openings, campus expansions and strategic technology initiatives.
