Job summary
Aldar Education is seeking a Cluster Manager – Digital & Technology Services to lead digital infrastructure, cybersecurity, and service delivery across its Super Premium Schools in Abu Dhabi. You will shape technology strategy, drive excellence, and oversee IT services that support teaching, learning, and operations for students and staff.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS, Cybersecurity or related discipline.
- Professional certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, PRINCE2/PMP or equivalent are highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Translate strategy into cluster delivery plans across schools.
- Lead and coach school IT teams.
- Manage budgets, procurement, licensing, and assets.
- Serve as senior technology adviser to Principals.
- Implement cybersecurity, data protection, and DR requirements.
- Coordinate projects from planning to service transition.
- Maintain ITIL-aligned incident, problem and change management.
- Ensure uptime and quality of technology services for staff and students.
