Talent BluePrint FZ LLC is seeking a Group HR Director to lead the people strategy across its multinational portfolio. You will drive transformation, establish scalable HR infrastructure, and partner with the CEO and executive team to create long-term value.

You will shape an operating model, governance, and analytics capability, building leadership pipelines and a high-performance culture across markets such as UAE and KSA. This is a strategic, influential role reporting to the Group CEO.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, management or related discipline.
• 15+ years of progressive HR / People & Culture experience in senior leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of UAE and KSA labour laws; multinational experience is a plus.

• Lead Group People Strategy & Executive Partnership across portfolio and markets.
• Shape HR transformation, operating model and governance at group level.
• Drive organisation design, workforce planning and restructuring as needed.
• Lead talent, leadership and succession programs for senior roles.
• Promote high-performance culture, engagement and organisational effectiveness.
• Oversee Total Rewards, compensation philosophy and cost management.
• Champion HR technology, data analytics and governance across the Group.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws across jurisdictions and risk management.
