Job summary

Elbait Consultants seeks a dynamic and strategic Head of Finance to oversee all financial operations across UAE real estate assets, facility management and projects. Reporting to the Group CEO, you will lead budgeting, risk management, and financial policy development to drive growth.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting, IFRS expertise, and 10+ years in senior finance roles within real estate or diversified groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; IFRS knowledge, CPA/CMA desirable.
• 10+ years of senior finance leadership experience, ideally in real estate.
• Strong knowledge of UAE regulations and international accounting standards.
• Arabic language proficiency is essential for this role.
• Proven ability to develop and execute financial strategies that drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement group-wide financial strategies to support business objectives in the real estate sector.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to optimize resources and profitability.
• Oversee financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and audits across all entities.
• Manage treasury, cash flow, and capital raising activities to sustain liquidity and fund expansion.
• Collaborate with executives to advise on financial planning, risk management, and investments.
• Establish and maintain internal controls and financial policies to protect assets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team for high performance.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes impacting real estate and adapt strategies.
