Job summary

Arada's FitnGlam unit in Abu Dhabi is seeking a GX & Wellness Manager to grow class attendance, engage members and deliver exceptional fitness experiences. You will lead a service team, mentor staff and collaborate across departments to elevate programmes and events.

The role requires at least three years in group fitness management, strong leadership, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset to help the community achieve their wellness goals.

Qualifications

• Three years' experience in group fitness management.
• Group fitness and customer-care experience required.
• Strong industry knowledge and digital literacy.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proactive, organized and target-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an average class capacity of at least 85%.
• Enhance member satisfaction, engagement and retention.
• Uphold FitnGlam’s coaching and service standards.
• Deliver innovative, high-quality group exercise sessions.
• Support club events and wellness workshops.
• Build strong relationships with members.
• Lead, mentor and develop the service team.
• Collaborate across teams to improve programmes and experiences.
• Maintain relevant training and certifications.
