Job summary

Arada is seeking a Fitness Manager to lead FitnGlam's gym and personal training operations in the UAE. You will oversee daily activities, ensure safety and high service standards, and steer the team toward delivering exceptional member experiences.

The role focuses on retention, revenue growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate has REPS 2/3, a Diploma, First Aid, and at least two years of Assistant Fitness Manager experience, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma certificate required or equivalent.
• REPS Level 2 or 3 certification.
• First Aid and AED certification current.
• Experience leading gym operations and personal training teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Gym and Personal Training operations.
• Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, equipment and service quality.
• Manage, coach and schedule Personal Trainers and Fitness Instructors.
• Develop effective Personal Training programmes and feedback processes.
• Drive PT sales and performance against budget targets.
• Monitor class bookings, attendance and membership compliance.
• Gather member feedback and resolve concerns with relevant teams.
• Report weekly performance data to the General Manager.
• Support Manager-on-Duty, CRM and GM stand-in responsibilities.
