Job summary

Cosurger Global Partners in Umm Al Quwain UAE seeks a seasoned Chief Accountant to lead the accounts function, oversee group consolidation and ensure IFRS, UAE VAT and corporate tax compliance. You will manage a small finance team, coordinate audits and provide strategic financial analysis for investors.

Ideal candidate has 15+ years in UAE with a group background, CA qualification, and fluency in English and Urdu. Immediate joiners only; salary includes housing and benefits.

Qualifications

• CA Inter or fully qualified CA
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the UAE, with a GCC/Group of Companies background
• Proven experience leading a finance team
• Fluent in English and Urdu

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and review the work of a team of 7 accountants
• Prepare and present financial statements to management and investors
• Handle investor communication, reporting and financial queries
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning across group entities
• Manage group consolidation, intercompany reconciliations and close
• Ensure IFRS, UAE VAT and UAE Corporate Tax compliance
• Coordinate audits (external and internal)
• Strengthen internal controls, policies and financial SOPs
• Oversee banking relationships, treasury and working capital
• Provide MIS reports and financial analysis to support decisions

We’re Hiring: Chief Accountant

Location: Umm Al Quwain (UAQ), UAE | Immediate Joiners Only

Salary: 15000 AED + Benefits + Housing

Cosurger Global Partners is hiring on behalf of a reputed Group of Companies in UAQ. We’re looking for an experienced finance leader to head the accounts function and serve as the main finance contact for investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and review the work of a team of 7 accountants
• Prepare and present financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual) to management and investors
• Handle investor communication, reporting and financial queries
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning across group entities
• Manage group consolidation, intercompany reconciliations and month-end / year-end closing
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE VAT and UAE Corporate Tax regulations
• Coordinate external and internal audits
• Strengthen internal controls, policies and financial SOPs
• Oversee banking relationships, treasury and working capital management
• Provide MIS reports and financial analysis to support management decisions
