TAQA Distribution is seeking a Lead, Security Operations to oversee a team of Patrol Officers and Security Guards responsible for safeguarding company facilities, pumping stations, substations, and critical infrastructure across multiple sites.

The role emphasizes incident response, enforcement of security protocols, and collaboration with the Security Control Room to ensure rapid, effective action during security events. Strong leadership and hands‑on security experience are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and support a team of Patrol Officers and Security Guards across multiple sites.
• Prepare shift schedules ensuring adequate coverage of offices, pumping stations and substations.
• Provide training, coaching and on‑the‑job support to improve team readiness.
• Oversee regular patrols and security checks of assets and perimeters.
• Coordinate with Security Control Room for incident response and real‑time support.
• Investigate security breaches and coordinate with local authorities as needed.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patrols, incidents, and access control logs.
