Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent
• Professional security certification is a plus (PFSO preferred)
• Experience in security within manufacturing/industrial environments

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations for the plant and ensure alignment with policies and standards.
• Lead investigations, prepare reports, and coordinate with internal teams and authorities as needed.
• Manage CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and fire protection systems to ensure continuous operation.
• Deliver security awareness training and promote workplace security best practices.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, international standards, and company security policies.
• Supervise security staff and allocate resources efficiently to maintain security operations.
